• Payment Method:
After an initial retainer fee via Wire Transfer, all transactions to be done through SafePay Escrow which better ensures both parties’ protection and satisfaction should disputes arise. When paid through through SafePay we only accept payment by Wire Transfer.

• Communication:
We prefer to communicate with employers by phone, e-mail, and Skype on a Daily to Weekly basis depending on the agreement and time constraints of both parties.

• General Availability:
Due to perhaps different time zones between the parties, and peoples' peccadilloes concerning certain times of day when they like to accomplish work and deal with clients - this can vary and needs to be discussed prior in detail. Generally Expathos is available beyond what is considered 'normal' work hours.

• Feedback / Endorsement:
We would like to remind clients that we appreciate feedback during and also when a project is completed.

• Code of Ethics / Guarantee Policy:
Expathos expects clients, during the course of a project, to be honest and have integrity in the way they do business. A strong vision at the outset is imperative and though there is room to shift the project during implementation, drastic changes that either invalidate previous time spent or cause a serious amount of extra work are not optimal. But Expathos' goal is to give clients innovation and provide support in terms of conceptual development.
